SPITTING DISTANCE

Documentary about the unprecedented journey of a national geographic photographer and adventurer into the heart of an active volcano on Ambrym Island in the South Pacific. Ulla Lohman, accompanied by her husband and passionate climber Sebastian Hoffman and the french volcanologist Thomas Boyar are going to attempt to descent 500 meters into the active Benbow volcano, one of only seven volcanos in the world displaying an active lava lake.
